Please complete this form and bring it with you on one of the two membership renewal nights (Tuesday 22nd March and Tuesday 29th March.) If you can’t get there just pop it in the post with your previous year’s key and an accompanying cheque made payable to “Thirsk Tennis Club.”
Payment of Senior Subscriptions may be split into four equal payments provided that the first payment is made before 1st April. Please enclose four cheques dated at monthly intervals if you wish to do this.
